Top 5 artists and groups I can't stop listening to this summer

I LOVE music! I have posters, books, magazines, and so much more featuring my favourite artists, groups, and singers. This month I've been listening to tons of music, so I thought it would be nice to share my top 5 favourite artists and groups that have been on repeat lately. Let's get into it.

1. Olivia Rodrigo

When Olivia Rodrigo released her new album, I went straight to Spotify that morning and listened to it right away! I had been counting down the days until it came out, and her new album You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl So In Love definitely did not disappoint. I instantly fell in love with it! Her lyrics, voice, and music are all amazing, and she's easily been my most-played artist this month. I can't wait to go see her concert not once but TWICE in October!

2. KATSEYE

Ever since KATSEYE released their new song "Animal," I've had it on repeat! They also have so many other great songs like "Gabriela," "Touch," and "Gnarly." Every member brings something unique to the group, and each of them shines in their own special way. That's one of the reasons I love them so much!

3. Illit

I've been getting into Illit a lot lately, and they definitely deserve a spot in my top five! They're my favourite K-pop group right now, and I totally recommend giving them a listen if you haven't already. Their songs are simple, fun, and so addictive that you'll want to keep playing them over and over again!

4. Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is an amazing songwriter and singer! She's been writing songs since she was young, and you can really tell because her lyrics are so meaningful. Seeing her live in concert is definitely a thing I really want to do. If you haven't listened to her music before, I highly recommend checking it out.

5. Katy Perry

Katy Perry has so many amazing songs! I love that a lot of her music has meaningful lyrics and tells a story, while still having catchy beats. That's something I think makes her stand out. She also has such a great voice, and she's a really good singer.
