Yep, whether you’re a boy or a girl, it doesn’t matter, chapstick is a MUST, especially when winter hits.  Dry lips are the worst, especially in winter. So I decided to test some of the most popular chapsticks and lip balms online to find out which ones actually keep your lips soft, glossy, and hydrated (or at least look cute while you're trying) and which ones that are worth buying for tweens and teens.
